Can't turn off Bluetooth on 8.0 BLU
Bluetooth is always on, can't turn it off. When I try to turn it off, it just turns on in a second by itself.

Are you on the stock software? Have you tried factory reset and flashing the stock firmware?

I have this same problem with Jabra Speak 510. We ordered tons of them, but can't use them because of this.
