i have this problem of moving/coping files stored in the internal device of my samsung grand neo plus like pictures or downloaded files (doc or pdf) to the external sd card.. when i move a file a notification will pop up saying that its READ ONLY...

Reformat the SD card from a computer or from settings>storage>erase sd card on your android. If that fails then your SD card may be bricked.

i did the reformatting already through a computer but the problem is unresolved... i have not tried doing it on my device.. so what i did i just manually moved my files or pictures manual using my computer, yet this very time consuming and inconvenient... somebody told me to try having a hard resetting to its factory setting because this problem might be caused by a bug... i had not done it yet... would the resetting to its factory setting help?
If you are able to write to the card from a computer, the card is fine. I would try a factory reset of your phone next. If that does not work then ODIN to stock. If none of these work then you may have a hardware problem.
