I have the Garmin HR watch
All I see on the screen is the name Garmin... It will not reset to default. will not connect to USB... I am not happy

Hi,
How long have you had the watch?
Verify that the warranty period is still valid (it is 12 months from date of purchase) and if so consult the warranty documentation that came with the watch or go to the manufacturer's website to find out what you have to do to make a claim for a warranty repair or replacement.
