Compatible Logic Boards A1181 - 820 2279-a

Hello, probably this has been answered before but here it goes.

I own a MacBook 3,1 (Late 2007) - Santa Rosa a1181.

Motherboard fried, I need a new one.

I have the 2.0ghz Core 2 Duo T7300.

The number is 820 2279-a and it's Non Energy Star.

I wanted to now get a more powerful board like the 2.4ghz T8300 that is also 820 2279-a.

Does this mean I can install it the exact same way everything being fully compatible ?
