speakers is not working

Do not know your phone that well but is there a notification that tells you that the earphones are connected? If so does it stay there when you remove the earphones?

If so you may have a faulty earphone socket.

If not it seems as though the receiver is either faulty or has become disconnected from the systemboard.

How long have you had the phone? Check and verify the purchase date and if it less than 12 months old the phone will still be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Consult the documentation that came with the phone as to what you have to do to make a claim for a warranty repair or replacement.
