PB Xoom 2 boot failed

My xoom 2 is locked on

AP Fastboot Flash mode (S) (Boot failure)

Device is locked Status code :0

battery low

Invalid CG HAB ( CG: recovery, status: 0X00565)

The tablet does not take charge.

I cannot write new recovery or boot

Can you help me?
