Why is my iPod6 show the logo then shut off and continue to do this?

So on thanksgiving day I accidentally forgot my iPod was in my pocket and brought into our hottub then after about half a minute later I remembered my iPod was in my pocket, I took it out and pressed the power button to see if it still worked, but before I got In it was at 2%, so I put into rice about 5 minutes after getting out and left it in the rice for about 10 days, then when I plugged in after 10 days it just keeps showing the apple logo four about 7 seconds then shuts off and does the every time I plug it into a wall outlet, but When I plug it into my laptop it didn' t turn on at all so I tryed plugging it into my tower but It still didn't work, can someoine please help, I have no idea what's wrong with it,
