Why is my tablet keep telling me Google play services and the Process com.google.process.gapps has stopped and I cant access any google cause that keeps popping up

Are you sure that the time and date are set correctly? If so, another thing you can do is go to your settings>application manager>Google play store>clear data, after doing that reopen google play and see if that helped.
