Why am I having to take out my battery once a week for it to turn on?

At least once a week or twice a week I have to open up my Samsung Note and remove the battery as in the Trouble Shooting Guide under Bios Restart. Does this mean I need a new battery?

@marciastr32 , Marcia, You may want to perform a Hard/factory reset, firmware,app,update could be causing issue. You will loose all data,info, settings,apps, performing hard reset.

Turn the tablet off.

Press and hold Volume up and Power buttons until the Samsung logo appears on the screen.

Scroll to wipe data/factory reset by pressing the Volume down button.

Press the Power button.

Scroll to Yes delete all user data by pressing the Volume down button.

Press the power button, it will now wipe contents.

Press the power button, Tablet will reboot to setup screen.
