Looks like its on top of the computer this guide should help you dissesemble it.
What you want to remove is the silver shiny disk which is the cmos battery. Once you can get to it, remove it and the main battery (which should have already been removed) and leave it for 30 minutes. After that put the laptop back together and the BIOS password should be gone.

I'm afraid it's a good many years since this has worked. Ever since flash memory became common (most of the current millenium) the BIOS settings and password have been held in flash memory whch needs no battery backup, rather than (as formerly) in CMOS memory which needs a tiny but continuous supply of power to keep it alive. These days the so-called CMOS battery simply keeps the real time clock running and nothing more.
