Good day I have a galaxy A7 2016 with lollipop, however when I move apps, pictures or video to the SD card it would actually crash it, it wont work and pictures and videos are corrupted aldo the app. what can I do in this case?

Hello,
Are you able to move stuff to the SD card via a computer?
if you are can you read the files on your mobile ? i.e transfer a music or photo and try to open on your mobile.
