bootloop can't go into recovery
HELP my iphone is now in a endless bootloop. I can't turn off iphone also can't get it into recovery. How can i get the phone off?

Eventually the phone will turn off when the battery is depleted...but that's probably not what you want to hear ;>).
You don't really explain what happened to your phone before this issue. Was it dropped or did it come in contact with water? Are you using genuine Apple chargers and Lightning cables? How was the battery performing prior to this; was it already weak?
You could just have a dead or dying battery, that will cause bootlooping. Change the battery and see if that solves your problem. Otherwise, you could have a problem with the charge circuit (U2/Tristar). These can be damaged by serious or repeated drops, water and cheap chargers.
If the problem has nothing to do with the battery or charge you could download 3uTools and it will allow you to exit recovery mode.

the problem is that i can't get into recovery mode any more. only looping and not recognized by computer, the problem occurred when it failed to restore itunes error 9 it's only 10 percent loaded with an os at that point. this phone i bought second hand and is checked by me icloud free. so i do not know much about the state of the phone. it looks good and not opened yet at outside. that's why i want to wait till last option to open up the iphone and check and replace battery too to see if that's the problem. it's now at BLOD really without chances to get it recognized by computer and without be able to get it to recovery mode. maybe my home button or power button died at this night. and i know about how to force restart and how to get into DFU. i know also that i should charge the phone while in recovery mode, but for now the battery is really empty.
Like I said...change the battery first.
