i have got samsung galaxy j5 2016 but now i giving problem of no signal error when open service mood it say gmm state de registered

Phone your network provider and ask them what has happened, and they should be able to fix it easily.
Typically this happens when a phone is stolen.
However you wouldn't have stolen a phone and came to a website to have someone make it work for you.
