My sanyo tv turns on just fine if i turn my volume above thirty my tv shuts off

dennis hoff , Probably a shorted audio amp IC(capacitor), the 1st link below discusses the issue. The 2nd link you may perhaps be able to get your service manual if not try a search using your make,model#. If not wanting to do the repair your self or if under warranty have a good local TV repair shop have a look and estimate repair. Good luck. @denhof to properly trouble shoot your TV we would need to know what model it is. Double check any menu options to ensure that the TV is set to regular audio out.

What is the model number of your TV?
What input are you using?
If using HDMI or AV input have you checked that the audio source is OK by trying different source, different cord, different input?
What audio output is connected, internal TV speaker or external audio amp?
What have you tried?

I put my audio in the the part it supposed to go and I don’t know what channel it to be on, does it supposed to be on tv? Hdm1?Hdm2? Or video
