If you actually can get into Windows, right click "My Computer". Select "Manage"
Go to the Windows logs section. You can tell from there sometimes what causes such a fault.

Nay @oldturkey03 Just want to answer questions in advance that folks who have those questions will just find their questions already answered.
When i get a skill share it right way than waiting for a person to ask. i as the same question they might ask and answer it. not showoff as you surpose ;-

@mbobjustice so you are asking question and answer those based on an assumption that somebody down the line is going to ask that same question? You are better of creating a Wiki than posting your Question and Answers on "Answers"
