Im trying to start my laptop but start repair windows appear

Im tring to start my laptop but start repair windows pop up in tha screen and the screen freeze in that point. Pressing any key do not affect the screen it stay on a highlighted start windows repair recommended

Start the windows repair. It cant hurt just help.
