WIFI authentication connection error (Samsung Tablet Model# GT-P5113 )

I am not able to connect to the internet. When I attempt, the tablet will say authentication error. I can't connect to any wifi at all. I have already done a hard reset back to the factory settings. What else can I do to fix this issue.
