why my xbox 360 even with wire controller does not want to play it just blinks?

Any number of reasons. You will need to focus on troubleshooting. If it were me, I might try the controller on another system, like a buddies 360. Another start might be to try another controller on your system. It is really just a matter of giving as much info to the community as possible to get the answer, or answers you seek.

your XBox is probably doomed... don't get too physical with it...
