I need repairs on my Atari 2600
i have an atari 2600 that will not turn on. I am trying to find a repair shop in NH that can fix it and retrofit it with hdmi to work with modern tv's.

It looks like a RCA to HDMI converter like this would work - in conjunction with an RF Modulator (see block diagram below).

I can't see the actual port but assume it is VGA from that time period. So get an VGA to HDMI adapter like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IDF...

As to the repair, I would use the teardown and open it and first look at the capacitors.

The Atari 2600 had an RF output. VGA was not introduced until 1987.
