I'm pretty new to the IT world, so I don't know much. I was formatting the hardrive on my laptop and the outlet I had the charger coincidentally wasn't working. Anyway, the laptop died somewhere around 60% and I have no idea how to boot the computer the right way. Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated, let me know what other info you need.

Get an os dvd, insert it, on your pc , it will itself show you press any key to boot, and in the case it doesn't, on the pc, continuously keep pressing f2 button until blue screen apears, there select DVD drive as first boot option Hit f10 and will work.
