My phone factory reset and I have to restart the whole process of setting it up again but everytimr I put in my password and everything to connect to google it says to use the account I used first but I only used 1 account how do I get in????

Ive tried rebooting it a d it wont let me factory reset it again
Hold volume down and power until the bootlocker shows up. Use the volume buttons to select the factory reset option.
