Phone screen doesn't turn on.

This LG Android device was released in October of 2015. The model number of the device used to create these guides is LG-VS990.

Power is OK

And I can still get messages

Alarm is ringing

But screen is not working.

could be lcd module or hardware problem, when the phone off does lcd turn on when charging?
