My phone glitches anytime I use a music app. It does not glitch during calls or on Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook. Only in music apps. It is brand new.

It sounds to be a software issue if it is only happening with in audio apps but not when you're on a call. Although my only question would be are you listening to music in the same manner as making calls? If so it is definitely something with the software. I'd suggest going back to where you bought the device and have them replace the device

yea I believe it has something to do with the software. A workaround to avoid the audio glitches is to download Spotify to MP3 and transfer them onto your phone for offline listening. This way you can get around with the Spotify app.
