Why can't I turn on my Bluetooth and wifi

I have an under utilize samsung tab S which i seldom use (once a week) , now I am unable to turn on the wifi and the bluetooth. Whenever I click on, it will be greyed out and show turning on, but it never did.

I have tried:

Turning on airplane mode

Reset

Reset with safe mode

Uninstall updates of Playstore and Side Sync

Removing MircoSD card

Reformat

I was able to use it 1 week ago and I left it alone after and the battery drained off. When i charge it up again and turn it on, I am unable to connect..

I have not dropped or knocked it.

Is this a software or hardware issue?
