Why is My Tablet getting burning hot?

MY Samsung Tablet 3: Model #: SM-T210R GETS EXTREMELY BURNNG HOT!

It gets so hot to the point where it is ABSOLUTELY BURNING HOT!

Is there anything I can do when my tablet heats to the point where it is so hot that it becomes untouchable??!!

Does anyone know of any reportings of the heating causing a fire?

ANY & ALL FEEDBACK WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED :}

THE HEATING HAPPENS WHILE USING TABLET WHETHER IT IS BEING CHARGED OR NOT!

EVEN IF IT IS JUST YOUR OPINION (if an opinion please state so)...I AM OPEN TO ANY SUGGESTIONS, OPINIONS AND MOST OF ALL FACTS!!

I have a brand new Samsung tab A and one one app running and cant even watch a movie without it burning up im kinda glad it was free but not seeing it being worth having when a warning pops up every few minutes to close app or it will close in 20 second sounds to me like Samsung is selling a faulty product.

Hello Gina,

It looks like some other members have had a similar issue before:

Why is my tablet overheating?

I would first try to reduce your power consumption on your tablet.

You can do that by reducing the number of apps you have running down to 1 or 2 apps, also reduce the screen brightness.

If that doesn't work then you may have a faulty battery. Check out this wiki for replacement:
