Can my lens be repaired?
[scratch on the lens it has a scratch or chip. This damages the quality Of The picture

Hi!
Yes, you can replace the lens assembly if you wish to get rid of that scratch. Just follow the steps in here.
The iFixit online store seems to have the part you will need for sale here, tho it appears to be out-of-stock at the moment. You can either wait for a resupply or order it independently from eBay or AliExpress.
