Tablet starts up and goes on and on,says apps starting then goes to beginning again.tried turning it on with volume button held down at same time.still the same.

Power it down then press and hold the volume Up button,home button and power button at the same time till the little android pops up
So press and hold those 3 buttons

Sorry but the home button doesn't show till the tablet comes on.but thank you for your time.
