I restarted my laptop to get rid of the files and apps I've downloaded, it failed to restart so I clicked retry it came up with something blue with writing and I just pressed enter. Now when ever I turn on my laptop it goes to the acer loading screen then that goes away then it goes black and it keeps on doing that. Please help me

You probably want to do a system restore of Windows.
I think you need to press some key to get to the screen before windows boots.
Usually it is something like:
Switch on computer and immediately and repeatedly (2 times per second) press
one of the keys ESC, F1, F2, F8, F10, but it could be also another key.
Look into the manual.

I think your window is corrupt, so you need to re-install OS in your laptop.
