Dear Sir/Madam,

Not able to reboot my Fujitsu laptop lifebook. Where could I find out a repair shop and bring my laptop for the fix?

You need to tell us where you are in the world for anyone to be able to recommend a repair shop! And if you give us a few more details we may be able to indicate whether it's a hardware or a software problem, and whether there's anything you can do yourself. Is it the same on battery or mains? Do any lights come on when you press the power button? Is there anything displayed on the screen, and if so what? Does it appear to be trying to boot into Windows?
