green and orange light in magsafe, no fan is spinning

Macbook pro retina 13" early 2015 suddenly stopped working. Just green and orange light in magsafe, no fan is spinning. I thought dead logic board so i ordered a new 1 from alibaba. Still same problem. I've tried a new magsafe without succes. What the !&&* is going on?

Update (11/08/2017)

When i release the power button + shift + alt +ctrl the light goes from orange to green and back to orange...

Disconnect the battery, then plug in the MagSafe it should spontaneously boot.
