How do I get passed my screen lock cause I forgot my password, and I don't have the password for the Google account either if I da factory reset. So how do I go about passing the screen lock, without factory reset?

The official answer is, "YOU CAN'T" ... but it's your phone, and if you have to google around looking for the method of hacking your cloud account on your Kyocera Hydro Vibe ... well ... thats between you and your god.
