I have a ZTE Majesty Pro LTE the Google Play Store on it is acting up. I cant download anything it keep saying Can't Download App and I just got this the other day... Please help and I was thinking could a factory reset help..

Hi,
Can you access and download content from the internet OK?
If so check that the Play Store app is up to date.
Go to Play Store > Settings >scroll down to Build Number > tap to enter. If there is an update available follow the prompts.
Once update has been completed try again

Thanks I went ahead and did a factory reset that helped....
do a factory reset and it should not have a problem

ZTE will not download and I do not want to do a factory reset

Can you access the internet OK otherwise?
What is the model number of your ZTE phone?

yes I've checked just about everything on this phone am about to toss it if I can't get help to figure it out

My sister tryed to get on it and with so many bad passwords it reset and it won't download anything I've even tried getting them on the internet and it won't work I've tried downloading every app I could think of but nothing I've tried to reset it again but nothing
