The 5th generation BMW 3 Series is based on the E9X platform. The car pictured is a E90 chassis. The E9X chassis was used from 2004-2013 when the F1X chassis was released. Why is my car rpms fluttering in between 1000 and 1500

I have a 2008 bmw 335i and it is fluttering from 1000 rpm to 1500 rpm

It started after I attempted to clean my intake valves.

Before the valve cleaning I replaced spark plugs ignition coils and fuel injectors

Ok, well unfortunately that's all I got. I've just had some experience replacing spark plugs that were causing the engine to stutter a bit.
