My MacBook keeps crashing after I replaced my battery

Hi y'all!

I have a MacBook Pro Retina mid 2012. About 2 weeks ago I replaced the battery with a new one (from iFixit's website) since the old battery became really weak.

After I replaced the battery the MacBook did work, but sometimes it wouldn't start-up when it was off and charging for a while. A few times the MacBook also turned itself off when it was closed for a while (even though the battery was almost completely full).

Yesterday I saw that there was an update available for a new macOS, so I tried to update my MacBook (maybe the problems were software related, and if not, it would still be smart to update the OS, I thought). But after it turned itself off and on to start the updating process the booting sequence keeps looping. When you turn the MacBook on I have the fill in my password and after that it waits for a few seconds and than turns itself off and on again. Repeating the loop.

Here is a video of the problem: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=_Kx0LGWZOa...

Does any you have any idea what might be causing these problems? I have looked online but I couldn't find any MacBook with the similar problem. :s

Thank you, and kind regards from the Netherlands,

Ruben

Lets try this when you restart your system lets go to the recovery partition and run Disk Utilities. Does it find any errors? If not lets reboot again and this time go into Safe Mode is it able to run that way?

Here's the details on the different startup keys: Mac startup key combinations for reference.

Here's a bit more: Resolve startup issues and perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck

Did you try update your drivers ? revisit shop where from you purchased battery, replace your battery

Listen, do not update simulations, if you have multiple updates, select only few of them and then update with them, like that, daily update with few updates, that exactly with my OS, thats not a Mac, that is Windows 8.1, but after i replaced battery, whenever i update my window, window just crash.

Unfortunately not. I haven't had the time to look at it any further, so I've been using an old MacBook air for a while now. I will probably bring my MacBook Pro to the shop in a few days to see what they think the problem might be! :)
