Volume up key, arrow up key, and arrow right key work intermittently

So the volume up key, arrow right, arrow up, and plus/equals key only work when they want to. They're also linked somehow, if one works the others will work as well. Same when they dont work. All or none. They only function like 5% of the time. Any ideas? Thanks

Options

Hi,the connector is loose.you will need to dissasemble enough to get to it.reatatch connector after cleaning it.

Thanks for the reply. I disconnected the connection. Checked it out everything seems ok with it. Reconnected and im still having the same issue

I take that back. I disconnected it and jammed it back in with some decent force. it works now thanks
