Why doesn't my Aspire E 15 Acer turn on - only had it 11 mos...

Acer says my warranty is up - purchased 03/05/17 from QVC and I'm having a difficult time connecting w/support. I did leave it on charger most of the time.

You also need to contact QVC through their warranty provider Maxi-Matic Request (Any return of defective merchandise to the manufacturer must be processed accordingly by first contacting customer service ( to obtain an RA # (Return Authorization Number). We will not accept any returns of merchandise without an applicable RA #.)
