Chad Ross post some images of what your screen displays. Use this guide Ajout d'images à une question existante for that. It will allow us to see what you see. If your screen clears up and shows properly after a while then it is most likely a capacitor issue most likely on the power board but possibly on the t-con board as well. Verify that your TV is a Samsung LA40R81BD

You just have to let it warm up until you're able to find a permanent solution.
