Susan Ringel what have you checked so far? Replaced the batteries? Did anything happen to the camera?
Susan Ringel, we can't offer a viable solution to you if you don't provide details regarding your troubleshooting efforts, or what happened before you ran into whatever problem this is supposed to be, if you can recall any of it.
@randoguy51101 I would not expect any further information from the OP regarding this camera. This question is 5 1/2 years old and hopefully was resolved a long time ago :-)
@oldturkey03 Is that so? I never noticed that firsthand lol. And that's coming from someone who's actively scouring the internet to archive the oldest laptop cataloged on this site.
At least I can have the same hope about this situation as you do. It's the best I can offer for this.
