Possessed Lenovo Tablet Tab3 7Essential

I have a Lenovo Tablet which seems to be possessed!

I turned it on the other day only to find that a virus or malware had taken over!

I cannot do anything with it as it closes pages, reset the Tablet and now it will not let me sign back in!

I cannot sign into my email, my name is some random letters and numbers that it input onto the tablet. I had Trend, Malwarebytes and a host of other anti everything ware on it and it looked straight through this possession even while it was running rampant ant uninstalling programs and turning off system parts.

I am at my wits end with this so I hooked it up to my home computer to see if Trend or Malwarebytes would pick up whatever was wrong HA! they looked straight through it and would not scan the Tablet at all! The Tablet shows that it's on the system as Lenovo Tab3 7Essential but that's it! it will not scan it or do anything other than tell me it's there!

The Tablet has no Micro SD Card as I took it out straight away thinking if the card had the virus I could clean it but it seems to be on the Tablet only.

Anybody out there with any suggestions??

Hello, Try this should work:

You will need a Computer , USB Cable & your tablet for this process, if you have these things keep on reading.

Flashing Stock ROM on Lenovo Tab3 7 Essential - TB3-710F

1.Download and extract SP Flash Tool (SPFT).

2.Download, extract, and install the Preloader USB VCOM driver (cdc-acm).

3.Download and extract TB3-710F firmware.

4.Run the SPFT, load the scatter file that was included with the firmware download.

5.Make sure that SPFT mode is set to "download only".

6.Remove the checkmarks from the partitions you do not want to overwrite. In your case, first try to only flash the BOOT/BOOTIMG and SYSTEM/ANDROID partitions (remove all checkmarks except for boot and system).

7.Click the SPFT download button.

8.Connect the tablet to the PC via USB. The tablet must be off. If it's running, just shut it down or reboot.

9.As soon as the tablet's boot process begins, the SPFT should find it and begin the flashing process.

Once done it should not ask for OLD google account.
