My ipad is totally dead.
Can i know whats wrong with it ?
Even i charge it, i replace a new lcd screen and it still with black screen.
I dont even fall it or got any water damage.
Many of them said motherboard have been damaged , but when i charge it , i heard sound that comes out from the motherboard.

If you hear a sound of charging it means that the iPad turns on but you do not see anything on the screen.
The fault is in the screen lighting components on the motherboard.
The problem occurs when you install a screen and do not turn off the device.

So what should i need to do now?
Fix a new screen or fix the screen lighting components?
You need to have skills in micro-soldering. Or get a whole new mobo. Your iPad has died.

Your iPad is turned on working fine but there is no lighting on the screen, the problem in the components that provide power to the light has been burned.
Why they burned? The screen was replaced when the iPad is turned on.

If you forget to unplug the battery when unplugging and plugging the LCD display screen in, you can risk blowing the backlight circuit on the phone which requires micro-soldering to diagnose and fix the backlight circuit.
Anyway, have you tried unplugging / plugging battery or holding home + power button for 10 seconds then try turning the iPad on again?
You can check for image display but no backlight which usually means a dim apple logo in the middle of the screen when turning on the iPad.
You can use a flashlight on the middle of the screen to see if you get a dim apple logo, I think shining behind the screen would work too.
