My iPhone SE won’t find my lightning EarPods

My lightning EarPods won’t work with my iPhone SE. They work on iPhone 7, 6s and 6 but not the SE. They are compatible with the SE.

Does anyone know anything about this issue? Any help would be great.

Are you using beta iOS releases again?

par

No I have the normal update now.

par

@avanteguarde ok now I have beta. Not a minute ago though. They didn’t work on the official release and they still don’t on beta 11.4.

par

How are you restoring? Clean or restoring from iPhone backup in iTunes or iCloud?

And don't use betas!

par

I alway use the betas. I’m not going to stop using them. And that time I got the official release I deleted the profile and updated to the official release. Then I reinstalled it and today 11.4 came out.

I use my headphone jack. Not much, I want Apple to take away the Ports all together. Every thing should be Wireless.

My headphone jack works fine but if I want to use the lightning ones it doesn’t work.

I have iOS 11.4 and there still not working. They haven’t been working since iOS 11. I haven’t tried them on anything other than iOS 11.

par

@seth_123 well sometimes I only have the lightning ones with me. And it’s annoying not being able to use them when there supposed to work.

par

Im just saying , ask them to scan your phone and they will let you know if anything is wrong with it or if its the headphones if the headphones work with other devices you may aswell get it scanned

par

Just read pur account im 15 too : )

@seth_123 Cool! I’m better at repairing computers. Not to long ago I replaced a iPad mini digitizer that was shattered, now I never want to work on a iPad again. iPhones are different and a bit easyer.

Also I’m currently working on a old Kia Sedona. Basically anything I can fix. I’ve liked to know how things work my whole life. I’m still waiting for my mom to teach me how to drive, I’ve had my permit but still haven’t drove!

Also my iPhone doesn’t have anymore repair support. I’ll have to pay for the repair.
