I don't have the email address that I set my iPod classic up on.

I don't have the email address that my ipod classic was set up on. How do I transfer my music and pictures without loosing them to my current itunes account? Also, it's frozen on the screen with the pause button showing. It won't do anything when I lock & unlock it. I've tried holding the pause button down along with the menu and center buttons at the same time. nothing works. Please help...
