First try reseating the hard drive. Remove it from the console, then put it back. (The hard drive is on the left/bottom of the console, and can be removed by popping the plastic cover off, removing the screw holding the drive cage in place, and pulling the cage out) If the console is still booting to the error, you will need to replace the hard drive, with a new one.
