My laptop screen backlight is on from one point of the screen when off

My Asus rog gl551jw screen backlight is on from one point of the screen and flickers like going dim and bright, even when the laptop is off and the charger is connected. it is normal when I power it on. What seems to be the issue?and example image of how it is
