where can i find where to put the fuse for the horn to work?

Open the driver's side door, you will see a small cover on the side of the dash that needs to be pulled off. The fuse for the horn that is inside also feeds the lighter. There should also be a horn relay somewhere on the firewall that will click when you push the horn button on your steering wheel. It can be very quiet though, so make sure you have everything off when checking - & maybe even have a friend help listen. the relay is the most common failure part, so that'd be where you should go first. It is often on the firewall near the steering column, but can also be in a fuse panel under the hood

When i lift or even tap the steering wheel the horn honks.its a 1999 chevy cavilier
I just want to shut it off for now how do i do that easiest way.?
