Why won't my phone turn on?

It seems as if it happened overnight. I don't know if it's my screen or charging port, but my phone still buzzes when plugged in....it just won't turn on. I've tried to connect it to my computer, but it wont make the connection I really just want my pictures and videos from the phone.
