My phone torch LED doesn't work properly...it blinks like crazy!

hi friends...I got my Huawei P 9 device one year ago...it is still alive as the first day because I did care of it very much..so without any damage to my phone , now the LED torch light isn't work properly...I don't know why...but to solve this problem I did restore my phone...and the problem is still !!!! please if anyone know how to fix this tell me...

fortunately my camera flasher is working..
