I have unlock iphone 3gs (unlocked with the help of jailbreak) then i updated it to new version of iphone 4.3.2 and it became lock phone again so I try to restore older version and it became dead.
So now what should I do

Apple will not let an iPhone be restored to a previous firmware, that is the first problem. A second problem which I believe you do not have yet, how was your iPhone Unlocked? If Unlocked with iPad Baseband then you can only restore with a special Custom Firmware, never with a Stock Apple Firmware. But since you say you updated to new 4.3.2 firmware and just encountered a Locked iPhone, I believe you do not have the iPad Baseband. So back to the first problem of, Apple will not let an iPhone be restored to a previous firmware....to do this you need the SHSH code for the old firmware. If you have this SHSH code you can restore to an old firmware. To be honest not knowing your whole story, you are screwed. If you want to Unlock your iPhone now you may have to use the very bad iPad Baseband, which will disable your GPS Chip, and not allow you to Restore with Stock Apple Firmware, you will always need to use a Custom Made Firmware. So tell us what you want? An iPhone that turns on. Or an iPhone that turns on and is unlocked? Do you have your SHSH codes?

I unlock my phone with the help of jailbreak. i do not know the SHSH code. Now i dont want to do anything with my phone just want to restart with normally.
so what should i do now.
What phone carrier is your iPhone from? Do you have a SIM card for this carrier? If not, I believe you are stuck. The only way out is to Jailbreak, if you do not have carrier SIM card, and that gets a bit complicated with 4.3.2 Download a program called Tiny Umbrella and then connect your iPhone, click button "Save SHSH" this can help you.

To fix this you have to unlock your Iphone 3GS permanently. So that your mobile won't get locked if you upgrade or update your versions. There are many methods available to get your Iphone 3GS unlocked permanently. Among those i would suggest the site Mobile-Unlocker.com ,and unlock it using step by step unlocking instructions which is given in the site itself.

Are you on a mac or a pc? What's your baseband? We need to know these things so we can advise you. The problems with pwnage tool 6.15.00 don't effect all phones... If you have bootloader 5.8 you may be able to downgrade your baseband to unlock...

This iPhone is a 3GS, it was upgraded to 4.3.2 removing Jailbreak and Unlock. It does not have early 3G bootloader, so no downgrade possibility today. All iPhones are affected by 6.15.00....it compromises GPS chip and requires Custom Firmware Restores.

I did this jailbreak on a 3G for my father in law, who then wanted it reversed. The GPS and wifi were unaffected!It did upgrade the baseband but we had bootloader 5.8 , also when we undid the jailbreak (because it kept freezing the phone) it gave error 1015... undid that by downloading 4.1 from felixbrun..no shsh blobs/tinyumbrella needed. No unlock now, just a normal phone. Don't know if the 3gs makes a difference, just adding my 2 cents. Brad probably has more experience with this.. jen
