When I turn the laptop on, and I enter the password, I know it's correct, it says "welcome" like it's letting me log in but then it says its incorrect. Tried again several times. So frustrated! I can't reset the password because my mother and I share the laptop and I'm not allowed to reset the password. What else should I do?!

First you need to check the input method on your keyboard, or check if the password is correctly written.
But, I have bad news for you, I´ve seen this problem before, and its a virus, you might need to take off the hard drive, make a data safe of all your personal information in another computer and then reinstall your operative system.

Since they depend on your setup, I advise googling it and selecting based on your situation.
