Won't respond or charge

My watch was on low. attery amdnstopped responding, time is stuck at 5:09, non of the buttons work, I cant turn it off. The screen lights up when I press button but won't turn off. When plus into charger nothing happens. Please help:)

Let Try this

push the two buttons at the same time about 15 second.

The screen will light up again & will back to normal work.

Options

Try removing the battery for 30 sec and replacing the battery. This should reset your watch.

Options

Plug into the charging cable and power source, then hold power button for 5 seconds. This will enter forced test mode. Scroll through the screens and check your device statistics.
